Exit the M40 at junction 6, turn left to Watlington (B4009), at the T-junction in Watlington turn right. After approximately 100 yards turn right onto the B480 heading for Oxford/Stadhampton/Chalgrove. Continue along this road through the village of Cuxham. On approaching Chalgrove, the road to Monument Business Park is on the right and is signposted. After the monument, take the first right into the business park.

Exit at junction 8. Turn to the left and then take the next right (A40). Follow the road, which runs parallel with the M40. At the T-Junction turn right (A329) and cross back over the motorway traveling about 5 miles towards Stadhampton. On arriving at the mini roundabout at Stadhampton, turn left (B480) and follow the signs to Chalgrove. As you pass the turning to Chalgrove, Monument Business Park will be signposted on your left. After the monument, take the first right into the business park.
